The AGA Mini cast iron brings the enduring qualities of cast-iron cooking into a smaller space, without losing the depth, warmth and capability that define an AGA.
Its heat-storage ovens hold heat in the way only cast iron can. The top oven is for roasting or baking, while the bottom, simmering oven offers a gentler heat that allows for slower cooking. On top you can choose a traditional AGA hotplate or a gas hob.
Control is intuitive. Ovens and hotplates work independently of each other, so energy is used with intention.
There is a natural rhythm to cooking on the AGA Mini. One that favours instinct over precision, allowing flavours to unfold naturally.
